Europa Film Channel - Channel Ident
This channel ident was for Zone Europa, a movie channel that broadcasts across Europe and the Americas.
The sequence revolves around an ethereal light source which is orbited by a film countdown clock and strips of film. The light source loosely represents the film projector but also with the orbiting objects there is a more abstract planetary feel. As we move away from the light it is circled by more strips of film containing footage. This footage can be changed by the channel depending on the theme or schedule at that given time.
The sequence was made in 3DStudioMax and composited in After Effects.
